NaturallySpeaking Medical v9 Software

By using NaturallySpeaking Medical v9, the medical author uses a handheld or headset microphone that allows him/her to dictate information directly into a medical systems.

This can either be in the primary healthcare environment where GPs need to create referral letters or enter information into systems such as Vision or EMIS or in secondary healthcare environments such as Radiology & Pathology departments in Hospitals where doctors/consultants need to dictate information into PACS systems relating to their observations.

By using NaturallySpeaking Medical v9 'speech recognition' software installed onto any workstation they wish to operate from, they can dictate text that is immediately typed onto the screen & into their medical systems.

Authors are also able to issue voice commands to carry out functions that would normally require them to use a mouse or keyboard streamlining the way that the reporting part of this process is completed.
