| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Postage & Packing costs are charged at £10+VAT for each order (irrespective of the number of items purchased). All items are sent via Royal mail special delivery and are guaranteed (where in stock) for next day deliver. |
| Delivery Schedule We aim deliver your order right away where items are in stock. We will normally send your order to you in 2 working days. We will inform you if an item is not in stock and give you an estimated delivery date. International orders are generally received in under 5 days. |

Please inform us within 7 days of receipt of your goods if they have been damaged in transit and we will arrange for the item to be returned to us and (on confirmation of damaged goods) a replacement to be despatched. Most items of hardware (unless otherwise stated) carry a 12 month return to base (replacement) warranty. Please read all software license agreements before opening software boxes/envelopes as opened software cannot be returned (unless found to have a hardware defect in which case a replacement CD will be despatched). |

| Returns Policy At Freedom of Speech Ltd we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy. Any product can be returned for whatever reason for a refund of the cost of the product as long as the product is returned in its original condition. Please ensure that software, computer peripheral, DVD, video and audio products have unopened packaging and/or seals, unless the item is faulty. To receive the refund, the product must be received by our Returns Department in its original condition and have been sent to us within 30 days of your receipt of the goods at the address shown below: Freedom of Speech Ltd, Columbia House, Columbia Drive, Worthing. You will be fully refunded, including return of the delivery costs for the UK and proof of posting for Europe, for any product, that is damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped or any circumstance that is in our error. To return a defective or incorrectly shipped item, please contact Freedom of Speech's Support team by email: support@freedom-speech.co.uk telephone on 01903 264008 They will provide you with a "Returns Authorisation Number." When returning your goods, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return and quote your unique Returns Authorisation Number, wrap the package securely and send the package to the above address by guaranteed postal delivery. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault, quote your unique Returns Authorisation number and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, software, manuals and accessories to the above address by guaranteed postal delivery. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service where a signature is required upon delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item(s) back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item(s) from your residence at your cost.
